Shipping and Delivery Information

How will you ship my order?

For orders that weigh more than one pound, we ship by UPS Ground service. These orders are trackable from the time they leave our facility to the time they are delivered to you. We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Orders of less than a pound may be delivered by a UPS/USPS partner service. If an order is delivered by USPS the UPS tracking information will update with the USPS tracking number as well.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Following production of your order, East Coast shipments general take 1-2 business days, shipments to the Midwest generally take 3-4 business days, and shipments to the West Coast generally take 3-4 business days in transit.
We do not offer Expedited/Rushed shipping at this time, even for a fee.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Your shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. Please see the chart at the right for a guide to our shipping rates. Please note that these rates only apply to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. One shirt weighs approximately one pound.

Can I have my order ship to a different address from my billing address?

Certainly! If you are placing your order online just indicate your shipping address in the appropriate fields at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

As of now, Queensboro Online Stores are only shipping within the Continental U.S. and shipping fees are dependent on the shipping address and the weight of the package.

Can you ship to PO Boxes? What about APO and FPO addresses?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes as we use UPS, but we will ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS for those serving in the military. Charges for APO and FPO shipments will follow USPS shipping rates. However, all orders going to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS and are not trackable. Select "N/A" for the State in your address and provide any other special instructions as you confirm your order.
